# Initial Phase

#### Project Concept and Design Process

In this stage, the project concept and design process, inspired by The Boss Baby animated series, have been finalized. The stories of the main characters have been developed, and preliminary drawings and designs have been created for future NFT designs.

#### BOSS Token and Smart Contract Development

The BEP-20 compliant smart contract for the BOSS token has been developed and thoroughly audited for security at this stage.

#### Community Building and Marketing Activities

The first community members have been gathered, and marketing activities have been initiated on various social media platforms and forums.
