# Governance

*BOSS token holders will have a voice in shaping the platform's future development and governance. They possess the power to vote on important decisions, including the introduction of new platform features or the modification of existing policies. This democratic governance model ensures that the platform is governed collectively, with active community participation in project governance. Token holders' input and votes play a pivotal role in steering the direction of the platform and creating a community-driven ecosystem*.
